Every Tuesday night 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. Zumba really is the most fun workout you'll ever do. Nobody cares if you don't know how to dance, if you're off beat the whole time, or you have to rest in between songs. Zumba is for you! A time to experience...

Some people say LEGOs are just for kids, but we know better. Join other brick-building enthusiasts at this program designed for adults, and let your creativity run wild! We welcome all adults from beginners to Master Builders.

Body Sculpt exercise class will be taught by Tera 5:30 to 6:15 a.m. at the Osage Centre.

Country Fusion is a fun mix of low impact aerobics and country line dancing. The class will be taught by Robyn and is held from 9 to 9:45 a.m.

Yoga Core & More is a 30-minute class utilizing various props such as bands, free weights and your own body weight to challenge your core strength and stability. Taught by tori from 10 to 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

Pilates will be taught by Emily C. 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.

Emily teaches Barre 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. Tuesday and Christine teaches the class 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Thursday.

Brittney will teach cardio drumming 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Tuesday and 9 to 9:45 a.m. Friday.
