Born and raised in Brazil, jazz guitarist José Gobbo draws from the rich musical traditions of his homeland, weaving Brazilian rhythms and melodies into the fabric of jazz. His unique style is informed by a global perspective, shaped by performing internationally and collaborating with world-class musicians. A prestigious Berklee College of Music graduate, Gobbo’s technical prowess is matched only by his ability to infuse his music with heartfelt storytelling.
