Autumnal Equinox Celebration & Gong Labyrinth Walk

Come welcome fall as we celebrate with a walk at The Labyrinth at Abbey Road, 2411 Abbey Rd, Cape Girardeau, MO, on September 22, 2024, at 5:00 pm. Sound Therapy Practitioner Judy Grier from The Center for Massage Therapy & Sound Healing (618 Bellevue St., Cape) will be providing the deep listening sound meditation of gongs for our Autumnal Equinox Labyrinth Walk in celebration of the Earth's bounties and the change of seasons. If you'd like, please bring a blanket or lawn chair for sitting (or there is some seating available in our pergola). Donations will be accepted but not required. All are welcome.
