When Pigs Fly

The 5th Annual When Pigs Fly Indoor BBQ Bash returns to the Show Me Center on Saturday, January 18, 2025. Doors open at 10:00am and admission includes SAMPLING at ALL Professional BBQ teams booths. There will be cooking demos throughout the day. Happening again this year is the PRO BBQ Team's Steak Cookoff Association contest. Watch while the teams compete to take home the glory. Awards will be given at the end of Event.
