Preparing, Preserving and Canning Venison

Preparation of venison is key to a flavorful tasting dish. This class will demonstrate basic preparation of venison before cooking to please any picky eater. If you have too much venison and are running out of freezer space? Come and learn basic canning skills to preserve and make your deer tasty without the freezer burn.
