Downtown Cape Girardeau
Old Town Cape is hosting a Scarecrow Stroll in downtown Cape Girardeau. Businesses are invited to participate. The scarecrow must represent your business or organization, stand on or sit on its own, must have some component of straw or hat, and must have a sign showing the business or organization it is representing. Scarecrows will be judged by the fall festival committee on Thursday, Oct. 19. The scarecrows will be on display Oct. 14 through 19.
