Past: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Community Celebration

The 25th annual event will be held at St. James AME Church. Keynote speaker will be the Rev. Alice M. Rogan of Pulaski, Illinois. Rev. Rogan and her husband, Dean L. Rogan Sr., mayor of Pulaski, have owned Rogan's Country Pharmacy. She manages Creative Hands Christian Emporium. She has interpreted for the deaf at St. John Praise and Worship Center in Pulaski for more than 15 years.
