Handel’s Messiah Concert

The Messiah Choir performances of choruses and solos from “The Messiah” and other choral selections will be at 3 pm on Sunday January 18th at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau. The concert begins with pre-concert music at 2:45 p.m. The Trinity Ringers will be the featured music group and the Trinity Brass will accompany hymns. The director of the Messiah Choir is Vicki Boren. Messiah soloists will be Dr. Trudy Lee, Patti McPheeters, Don Presson, Eric Scott, and Elizabeth Shelton. A free will offering will be taken for a scholarship fund to promote musicianship among youth. Refreshments will be served following the concert.
